Flow rate is a brisk 3 L/min, and the filter is rated for 2,000 litres before replacement, with a backflush syringe included to clear clogging in the field and extend that lifespan. At 102 g it's heavier than LifeStraw's minimalist straw-style filters, reflecting the added bottle itself, but the collapsible design packs down flat when empty and the bottle threads onto standard 28 mm bottle necks.
