DD Hammocks SuperLight – Bikepacker Mesh Tent

The SuperLight Bikepacker Mesh Tent is the inner-tent half of DD Hammocks' bikepacking shelter system, meant to be paired with the SuperLight Bikepacker Tarp above it. Its body is full no-see-um mesh (0.6 mm) in a freestanding net-shelter construction, so insects and midges are kept out even without the outer tarp pitched. The floor uses DD's own waterproof SuperLight fabric, keeping ground moisture out independently of the tarp's coverage. At 460 g and sized at 225 × 150 × 73 cm, it's roomy enough for one person plus a bit of gear, but it's not a standalone shelter against rain — the mesh body only makes sense as part of the combined tarp-and-inner system, which is where the "bikepacker" framing comes from: fast three-season setups where you carry the two pieces separately and pitch them together at camp. For riders already committed to the DD Hammocks tarp ecosystem, this mesh tent adds bug protection and a defined sleeping footprint without much weight penalty; used alone, it only protects against insects and light ground moisture, not wind-driven rain.
