Liteway Poncho Simplex

The Liteway Poncho Simplex packs a rain poncho and a compact shelter into one 225 g sheet of 20D silpoly (Levitex, 2000 mm hydrostatic head). Worn on the move it sheds rain like a standard poncho; pitched at camp it opens into a 3.8 m² bivouac shelter — noticeably roomier than the Pyraomm poncho-tarp above — and it's built to pair with the Simplex Mesh 1P inner tent for a two-piece pyramid setup. Eight linelock points anchor the guylines, and unlike some poncho-tarps in the range it doesn't strictly require its own dedicated pole to pitch, which suggests it's meant to work directly over the Simplex inner's own support. At 225 g it's one of the lighter dual-purpose pieces here, trading some coverage for weight versus a standalone tarp. As with the rest of the silpoly lineup, the seams need a silicone treatment before the first outing.
