The MSR Hubba Hubba LT2 is a freestanding, double-wall, 3-season backpacking tent for two people, weighing 1361 g at minimum weight (poles, canopy and fly only) and 1531 g packaged with stakes and stuff sacks. Two doors and two vestibules mean each occupant gets their own entry and gear storage, avoiding the crawl-over-your-tent-mate problem of single-door two-person tents. DAC Featherlite aluminum poles, 9.3 mm in diameter, form the freestanding structure — two poles total, which keeps setup fast and means the tent can be pitched and repositioned without stakes, useful on rock or platform camping sites. Floor area is 2.97 m², and peak height is 101.6 cm, enough to sit up but not stand. Eight stakes and guy lines are included for securing the fly in wind. As a 3-season design with mesh body panels for ventilation, it's built for spring-to-autumn conditions rather than sustained snow loading or winter storms.
