The Premium Burrow 30 is the mild end of Hammock Gear's Premium Burrow family, rated to 30°F (-1°C) for three-season use. It carries 260 g of 850 fill-power goose down, RDS-certified and PFC-free, for a total quilt weight of 409 g — noticeably lighter than the 0°F and 10°F versions in the line, as expected from the reduced fill needed for a milder temperature target. A continuous baffle with mixed orientation and a differential cut keep the down evenly distributed and let the outer shell loft without being constrained by the inner lining. Pad loops secure the quilt against a sleeping pad to cut drafts along the sides. Unlike a fixed-size sleeping bag, this model is available custom-built across multiple lengths, widths, and temperature options, so the exact spec of any given unit can vary from the base configuration described here.
