Waymark Dark Sky

The Waymark Dark Sky is a minimalist frameless daypack with an 18-liter total volume (16 liters main compartment), built from UltraGrid 210D recycled nylon. At just 330 g it's one of the lighter packs in this volume class — with no internal frame, it relies on a padded contact back panel and the load itself to hold its shape. The feature set is deliberately spare: one front pocket, two side pockets, a top-lid main opening, a hydration hose port, and a chest strap, but no load lifters and a hip belt that's a simple webbing strap rather than a padded one. That fits the intended use — day hikes, peak bagging, or light travel where the load rarely exceeds a few kilograms. For weekend trips with heavier loads, the frameless build and minimal hip belt start to limit comfort; the Dark Sky is designed as a supplementary or day pack rather than a primary carrier for multi-day trips.
