Naturehike Cloud Up 2 Ultralight

The Naturehike Cloud Up 2 Ultralight is a freestanding, double-wall, 2-person dome tent built on a single aluminum pole (7001 alloy) pitched inner-first. The fly is 20D ripstop nylon with a silicone/PU treatment rated to 3000mm, while the floor uses heavier 210T polyester with a PU coating rated to 5000mm — floor protection against ground moisture outranks the fly's rain resistance, a common trade-off on lighter tents. Two vents near the peak help manage condensation, and the full-mesh inner keeps airflow moving in warm weather. At 1380g trail weight (1800g with accessories), that works out to 690g per person, a genuinely lightweight figure for a freestanding 2-person tent. The trade-off is a single door and single vestibule — with two occupants, one person always climbs over the other, the main compromise versus dual-door designs. A 2.625m² floor and 105cm peak give reasonable room for two people and their gear, and the 7075 aluminum stakes are on the sturdier side. It packs to 45×12cm with a footprint included. Best suited to pairs doing thru-hiking or weekend backpacking who don't mind sharing one entrance.
