NEMO Dragonfly OSMO 2P (2026)

The NEMO Dragonfly OSMO 2P is positioned at the ultralight end of NEMO's backpacking tent range, built from OSMO Ripstop nylon (1,500 mm waterproofing, PU-coated) for both fly and floor, without PFC treatments. It's freestanding and double-wall with a unified pitch-together setup, and the inner tent uses full mesh panels for ventilation and low weight rather than partial mesh-and-fabric construction. Minimum weight is 1,276 g, rising to 1,503 g packaged — 638 to 752 g per person, meaningfully lighter than the standard Dagger OSMO 2P despite sharing a similar two-door, two-vestibule, freestanding layout. That weight saving comes at the cost of interior space: the 2.7 m² floor tapers from 127 cm at the head to 114 cm at the foot, and the 102 cm peak height is lower than the Dagger's 109 cm, trading livability for a better space efficiency ratio of 1.8. Two vestibules add 1.6 m² for gear storage. It suits thru-hikers and backpackers prioritizing pack weight over maximum interior volume, provided the narrower foot end and lower ceiling aren't a dealbreaker.
