The rating pushes it into true winter-expedition territory rather than the 3-season-extended bracket of the smaller Kunai 2P — a heavier build trading ultralight numbers for margin against storms and snow load. Floor area comes to 3.5 m² across a 213 × 177 cm footprint, with 114 cm of peak height and room for three, though the single door and vestibule (1.2 m²) mean occupants share one entry point — a common compromise in mountaineering tents where fewer openings improve weather sealing. The fly is a 15D silicone/PeU-coated nylon ripstop and the floor a heavier 30D PeU ripstop, adding durability where abrasion risk is highest.
