Three DAC aluminum poles at 9 mm diameter pitch inner-first, and the semi-freestanding design needs staking at some points to reach full shape rather than standing entirely on its own. Packaged weight is 2894 g, with a lighter 2247 g minimum trail weight once stuff sacks and non-essential stakes are left behind — worth knowing before comparing it to fully freestanding competitors. Floor area is 3.2 m² at a 109 cm peak height, lower than the Catalyst 2-person, and two vestibules add 1.5 m² of covered storage. The 68-denier polyester ripstop fly (1800 mm) and 70-denier nylon bathtub floor (3000 mm) are solid, weather-resistant specs for regular 3-season conditions rather than winter storms.
