The Cumulus Comforter M400 is the smaller sibling in the Comforter line — a down blanket filled with 400 g of 850-fill goose down (95/5 ratio) in a Toray Airtastic 19 g/m² shell with DWR treatment, made in Poland. Comfort and limit ratings of 4°C and 0°C put it in the same three-season bracket as the larger L500, but total weight drops to 560 g thanks to the reduced fill.
Horizontal H-baffles keep the down evenly distributed, and the open, zipperless cut without a footbox saves weight but means you'll need to improvise a neck seal or pair the quilt with another sleep system. Versatility is the main selling point: the M400 works as a blanket at home or in camp, as a top quilt clipped to a pad with straps, as a hammock underquilt, or as a liner added to another bag for extra warmth on colder nights. It's available in gray or black and sized as a regular unisex fit.
